Changelog

The authoritative record of changes is the GitHub releases page, which is updated automatically from the release pipeline for every tagged version.

Each release entry includes:

• the version tag (vX.Y.Z),

• a changelog generated from commits touching shipped paths,

• signed per-platform archives (Windows, Linux, macOS arm64).
